How to reach the editors

Use the contact page to reach the handbook editors. Treat it as a placeholder mailbox for the project: a human reads it when the site is being maintained. It is not a ticket system, and it is not staffed like a vendor call center. If you need a same-day reply, you will be disappointed. If you send a precise correction, you are the kind of reader this site is for.

A useful message is short. Include the page URL (for example the Linux page URL), the sentence that looks wrong, and the source you want us to check — a Kingsoft help article, the official download center, the Microsoft Store product page, Google Play, or the App Store. Screenshots help when the UI moved. Do not attach EXE, DMG, or APK files. We will delete them unread.

What this address cannot do

We cannot reset a Kingsoft or WPS Cloud password. We cannot unlock a device, open a support ticket inside Kingsoft’s system, or see your cloud trash. We cannot issue, transfer, or refund a Premium license. We cannot “send the latest installer” as an email attachment. That last request is how phishing kits impersonate software sites. If you want the suite, use the download hub and click through to Kingsoft or a platform store.

We also cannot diagnose a single corrupted workbook from a one-line email. If Writer, Spreadsheet, or the PDF tools misbehave, start with troubleshooting and the relevant guide. If the problem is “I uninstalled WPS and Microsoft Office looks broken,” read the uninstall notes before writing. Many of those cases are file-association leftovers, not a handbook bug.

Legal threats, takedown demands, and trademark complaints should still use the same address and name the URL. We already state, on every footer, that this is an independent user guide and is not affiliated with Kingsoft Office Software Corporation Limited. We do not impersonate the vendor, and we do not host their binaries.

Where to go instead

For the product itself, start at wps.com. Desktop builds belong on wps.com/download. Windows Store users should confirm publisher Kingsoft Office Software Corporation Limited on listing 9NSGM705MQWC. Android users should stay on Google Play. iPhone and iPad users should stay on the App Store listing.

We do not publish a phone number, a live chat widget, or a postal box. Those channels would imply a support org we do not operate. Email is enough for a static handbook. If the mailbox is ever retired, this page will say so and the mailto will be removed.
