Handbook rules
Use these pages as a guide. Do not treat them as Kingsoft, a store, or a warranty.
By reading this handbook you accept that this is independent commentary about WPS Office. We do not license the suite, host the installer, or speak for Kingsoft Office Software Corporation Limited.
Not the vendor
Trademarks mentioned here belong to their owners. Editorial use is commentary, not endorsement.
No binaries
You agree not to treat this domain as a download mirror or to ask us for cracked builds.
No warranty
Field notes can be wrong or outdated. Confirm facts on official pages before you depend on them.
The agreement in plain language
These terms govern your use of this handbook, including guides, stories, troubleshooting notes, and policy pages. If you disagree, leave the site. Continuing to browse is acceptance. We may update this page; the “Last updated” line is the version date. Product names such as WPS Office, Writer, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Store, Google Play, and App Store are used to identify software and stores. They remain the property of their respective owners. Mention is not sponsorship.
This site is an independent English handbook. It is not an official Kingsoft website, not a Kingsoft subsidiary, and not an authorized support channel. Nothing on this site grants you a license to WPS Office. Licenses, if any, are between you and Kingsoft under the terms shown at install time on wps.com or a platform store.
What you may do with the handbook
You may read the pages, link to them, quote short passages with credit, and use the official outbound links we publish. You may print a guide for personal or classroom reference. You may not scrape the site to impersonate it, wrap our copy in a fake download portal, or present these articles as Kingsoft documentation. You may not hotlink our files as if they were installers — they are not.
You may not use this site to distribute malware, to phish for Kingsoft passwords, or to request that we email an EXE, DMG, Deb, RPM, APK, or IPA. We will refuse those requests. The only download paths we endorse are wps.com/download, Microsoft Store 9NSGM705MQWC, Google Play, the App Store, and Kingsoft’s own Linux packages linked from vendor pages.
Accuracy, risk, and liability
Office software changes. Store ratings change. Premium prices change. Cloud quotas change. We try to date snapshots — for example Gizmodo’s August 2026 directory figures of about 4.5 on Play and 4.8 on the App Store — and to label vendor marketing as marketing. We still make mistakes. You are responsible for verifying system requirements, license terms, and file compatibility before you depend on a workflow. Kingsoft’s help material has listed a Windows recommendation around a dual-core CPU, 2 GB of RAM, and 4 GB of disk; treat that as vendor guidance, not a promise from us.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the handbook is provided “as is,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We are not liable for lost files, failed exams, broken associations after uninstall, ads you dislike, AI text that invented a number, or harm from a binary you fetched somewhere other than an official channel. If a jurisdiction does not allow certain exclusions, those parts do not apply there and the rest remains.
Reader stories are composite notes. They are not testimonials purchased by Kingsoft, and they are not a guarantee that your campus PDF or shop invoice will behave the same way.
Conduct, contact, and other pages
Do not attack the host, scrape at abusive volume, or inject content into our pages. Do not send malware to the editors. That address is for handbook corrections, not password resets or license keys — details on contact.
Privacy practices for this static site are on privacy. Editorial mission and sources are on about. Product questions are on FAQ. Those pages are part of the same project and should be read together when you need the full picture.
These terms are written for an English-language independent guide. They are not Kingsoft’s end-user license. If you need the vendor EULA, open it from the official installer or store listing. Last updated: August 2026.
